- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I work for Womens Refuge here in Taumarunui and I see that a service is needed for the whole family not just women. I have seen men coming into the refuge asking for support and help and there dose not seem to be any or very little here in Taumarunui. My concerns are that we need to support everyone from babies to the elderly of all types and genders and not be judgmental, not just women and children, my back ground has been in administration for DHBs as a NASC and School Dental Department. I saw and heard many families asking and needing guidance and support to find that there isnt many agencies offering this type of support that Kokiri Trust has.
